Her signature framework, the Farm to Scale OS™, helps cross-functional teams align Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, close the gap between promised and delivered value, and build early visibility into customer disengagement—so renewals become planned outcomes and expansion becomes a repeatable motion. Sandy is a frequent speaker and workshop facilitator for global revenue leaders on topics including customer growth operating models, retention strategy, and building expansion systems that don’t depend on unpredictable pipeline.
